About the Equalizer
A graphic equalizer raises or lowers specific frequency ranges. The 10 bands run from 31 Hz (deep bass) to 16 kHz (air and sparkle), each adjustable by ±12 dB.
Start from a preset such as Bass boost, Vocal or Podcast, then adjust by ear. The response curve shows the combined effect of all bands.
How to use the Equalizer
- Add an audio file and press play.

Frequently asked questions
How do I boost bass in an MP3?
Choose the Bass boost preset, or raise the 31, 62 and 125 Hz bands. Lower the preamp by a few dB to avoid distortion.
How do I make voices clearer?
Try the Vocal or Podcast preset. They cut low rumble and lift the 2–4 kHz range where speech clarity lives.
